Why use epson printer ribbons?
FULIHUA epson printer ribbon dfx8000 from office supply stores are usually less expensive. You figure they don't last quite as long, but otherwise they are a good deal - not so. Less expensive ribbons often come apart in the printer, shedding fibers that can literally ruin your printer.
Look at this photo from our repair department showing an otherwise good M188B printer, clogged with ribbon fibers. This printer stopped printing.
