Printing method

1. Wet printing
Is wet printing ink or paint, oil or other solvent modulation, the fluid status, subject to a certain time to dry after printing. So, referred to as the wet printing.
Oil when wet printing ink from printing components (such as seals, plate and printing roller, etc.) in direct printed on the surface of the package, called direct printing; From printing ink components to a first surface soft transfer printing roller, and then from the transfer printing roller printing on the package, called a transfer.
No matter from the process or equipment, wet printing is a kind of early use of cheaper printing method. Wet printing ink needs to maintain the specified viscosity, easy to spill or leak when using, often need to scrub. To this end, the wet seal the intensity of labor is higher than other printing methods. In addition, the text of wet printing are easy to be dirty, so need a certain amount of drying time, this will impede the flow of products in the workshop. Choose the appropriate ink, is the key to the wet printing. This should be a quick-drying ink, and can be reliably adhesion on the surface of package.
2. Hot stamping
Will need to print the data with hot melt ink printed on advance TTR printer ribbon  ubstrate made of metal foil, the handwriting is reverse. When printing the substrate printed with the words of one side were applied in packaging materials on the surface, and then heating melt ink, the handwriting is printed on the package. Print out clear, will not be blotted out, and the quickly dry solid. This method is best suited to the occasion of printing results for clean and beautiful. Heat is printed and the general humidity ratio of expensive price, and need some time to stop with substrate reels, therefore, printing cost is higher.
3. The dry seal
Use a hot melt plastic roller, heating the activation and for printing ink, print out the handwriting immediately dry solid. Print can realize high speed operation, under the speed of print 1000 beats per minute, can work continuously and high print quality. Can print on the IBM printer ribbon commonly used all kinds of packaging materials, printing ink consumption is slow, such as printing size of 3 x 25 mm, but do not need to print 250000 times in a row in the printing roller, thereby greatly reducing the downtime.
